The Majestic Poker Tour is a tournament that is held in Majestic casinos in Latin America with the chance for the winners to take part in the main Event of the annual World Series of Poker. The Majestic Poker Tour tournament schedule will begin in the recently opened Casino Majestic in Santo Domingo, the biggest and most luxurious in the Caribbean, in February 2006. | 1 | The total prize package monies for all events are in USD. | |
| 2 | All Buy ins will be retained by Poker Host until the Main Event registration takes place. Buy-in monies are non transferable and are to be used strictly for this purpose. | |
| 3 | Any travel for any event will be stated on the structure. All travel monies involved will be sent to the WINNER via the most suitable method for Poker Host. Travel monies will be sent to WINNER at least 1 week prior the event. Poker Host is not responsible for any delays in travel. If WINNER does not show up to the event on time, no refund will apply and all monies will be forfeited. | |
| 4 | WINNER agrees to wear Poker Host apparel for the total duration of the event. This includes any parties, meetings, press encounters, press conferences, at the tables, etc. | |
| 5 | Participation in any Poker Host contest grants Poker Host the right to use your name, photos, biography, etc. for promotional purposes without any further compensation or written knowledge. | |
| 6 | All prize packages must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable. Prize packages have no cash value. | |
| 7 | There is absolutely no rescheduling of any event. If WINNER cannot play the Main Event; there is absolutely no rescheduling and monies will be forfeited. | |
| 8 | For all Poker Host Main Events, if the total sum of the prize pool does not cover the seat prize package, the prize pool cash will be awarded and not the seat prize unless otherwise stated as a "Guaranteed" event. | |
| 9 | All Main Event WINNERS must have made a deposit prior to the qualifying tournament start time in order to accept the seat prize. Any WINNER who has not made a deposit with SBG POKER, will not be awarded the prize package or any travel monies. Total prize package will be forfeited. | |
